1. 30-Day Return Window
At EchoNexus INC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Condition: Unworn, unused, and in its original state.

Packaging: Must include all original factory packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Tags: All original tags and security seals must remain attached and untampered.

Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide your order number or a valid receipt.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@lxvox.com.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Damages, Defective Items, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

For confirmed manufacturer defects or shipping errors, EchoNexus INC will assume full responsibility for return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and security reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

Personal Care Products: Items such as high-speed hair dryers, grooming tools, or wearables cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.

Electronics: We cannot accept returns for electronic devices if the factory security seal has been tampered with or if the internal software/firmware has been modified.

Custom Products: Personalized items or special orders are final sale.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, the refund will be approved and automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@lxvox.com
